VISITING INTERACT SCHEDULE
APRIL 9TH – 14TH
Madera Rotary Interact Itinerary
Sunday, April 9th
Arrive in Cabo, at 1:09 PM on United Airlines
I will meet the Rotary group, along with 4 vans for students and Chaperones.
Steve Reed, Giovani and Chris to go to the airport
Arrive at Rancho Buena Vista Hotel at 3 PM
Room assignments, unpack and rest up
Welcome Dinner 6 PM Mexican Buffett catered by La Rabera Rotary Members
Review week of projects, meals and fun
Monday, April 10th:
Breakfast 7:30-8:30 AM in main dining room
Mike and Char to pick up Rotarians at Spa at 7:45 AM and take to Rancho Buena Vista
Break up into project groups and leave for projects by 9 AM. Mike and Steve to provide rides if needed.
GROUP A: Leave for Los Barriles Elementary School to work on Cafeteria. Gera to lead project. Tom and Ken to assist.
GROUP B: Leave for Los Barriles Health Clinic to begin painting project. Mario to lead. Char and Fran to assist.
GROUP C: Leave for Buena Vista Elementary School to work on School Project. Adam to lead
Lunch and Water will be provided for all participants
Return to Rancho Buena Vista Hotel by 3:30 PM. Steve, Mike and Tom to drive if needed.
Free Time Until 6 PM
Dinner Seafood dinner at 7 PM in main dining room
Tuesday, April 11th:
Breakfast 7:30-8:30 AM in main dining room. Char and Mike to pick up Rotarians at Spa at 7:45 AM.
Continue projects. Leave by 9 AM
GROUP A: LEAVE FOR LOS BARRILES SCHOOL. Gera to lead.
GROUP B: LEAVE FOR HEALTH CLINIC. Mario to lead
GROUP C: LEAVE FOR PARQUE LAGUNA (STUDENTS FROM LOS BARRILES WILL BE INVITED TO HELP). Ken Phillips to lead.
Lunch and Water will be provided to all participants
Return to hotel by 3:30 PM. Steve and Mike to provide rides back if needed.
Free Time Until 6 PM
Dinner 7 PM HAMBURGERS AND HOT DOGS. Students from Los Barriles will join
us for dinner
Wednesday, April 12th:
Breakfast 7:30-8:30 AM in main dining room. Mike and Char to provide rides
Leave at 9 AM for project
GROUP A: LEAVE FOR LOS BARRILES SCHOOL. Gera to lead
GROUP B: LEAVE FOR HEALTH CLINIC. Mario to lead
GROUP C: LEAVE FOR PARQUE LAGUNA (STUDENTS FOR LOS BARRILES WILL BE

GROUP D: LEAVE FOR SAN ANTONIO. Steve and Mike C to provide rides

Return to hotel by 4 PM
Dinner 7 PM CATERED BY JOE'S PIZZA
Thursday, April 13th
Breakfast 7:30-8:30 AM. Mike and Char to provide rides from Spa at 7:45 AM
Break into two project groups
Leave at 9 AM for projects
GROUP A: LEAVE FOR CLINIC/School if needed
GROUP B: LEAVE FOR BUENA FORTUNA. Vans to take kids to Buena Fortuna. Chris and Steve to provide rides as needed.
Lunch and water will be provided
Return to hotel by 3 PM
Free Day at the beach/pool
Dinner 6:15 PM at El Gecko. Tom, Ken, Mike, Steve, Chris and Josefina to provide rides.
Friday, April 14th
Breakfast 9:00-9:30 AM
Prepare to leave for airport
