AFTER WE TURNED OUT THE LIGHTS
Another great Taste of East Cape took place on Friday night, November 23rd at Laguna Park, Los Barriles. Grammy Award winning horn player Terry Townsen entertained the crowd under the light of a full beaver moon. The incredible selection of food presented by our thirteen local restaurants was truly amazing. Now tastes have been taken and the fingers licked, and all the votes are in. The fan favorites this year (in alphabetical order) are El Gecko, La Providencia, Smokey's, and Zopilotes (for dessert). But the competition was delicious thanks to our other participating restaurants; Beans and Rice, Ciao Beppe, Creative Kitchen, Café Encinalito, El Rincon, Greens, La Casita, La Hornilla and La Playa. Thank you to all of our restaurants and to our community for supporting Rotary and Club Deportivo! See you next year when the Taste returns!
DESPUÉS DE QUE APAGAMOS LAS LUCES
Otro gran Taste of East Cape se llevó a cabo la noche del viernes, 23 de noviembre en Laguna Park, Los Barriles. El trompetista Terry Townsen, ganador de un premio Grammy, entretuvo al público bajo la luz de una luna llena. La increíble selección de comida presentada por nuestros trece restaurantes locales fue realmente increíble. Ahora se han tomado los gustos y se han lamido los dedos, y todos los votos están disponibles. Los favoritos de los fanáticos de este año (en orden alfabético) son El Gecko, La Providencia, Smokey's y Zopilotes (para el postre). Pero la competencia fue deliciosa gracias a nuestros otros restaurantes participantes; Frijoles y arroz, Ciao Beppe, Creative Kitchen, Café Encinalito, El Rincon, Green's, La Casita, La Hornilla y La Playa. ¡Gracias a todos nuestros restaurantes y a nuestra comunidad por apoyar a Rotary y Club Deportivo!
