Estimada Past presidente 2017-2018 Josefina Ruiz del Club Los Barriles Cabo Este
Josefina primeramente quiero saludarte y felicitarte a ti como Presidente del Club Rotario Los barriles Cabo Este, ya que bajo tu liderazgo tu club recibe el máximo reconocimiento que Rotary Internacional otorga a los clubes rotarios que tuvieron un excelente desempeño durante el año rotario 2017-2018 cumpliendo y excediendo todas las metas y objetivos que se trazaron " La Mención de Rotary "
