NEW ROTARY INTERACT CLUB IS BORN

A dozen new Los Barriles Rotary interact Club members received their official Rotary pins from incoming President Josefina Ruiz, Past President Chris Geyer, and member Mary Joanis at a Rotary Social evening May 10th at Campestre Triny Restaurante. A large gathering of family and supporters celebrated the achievement and the kids who are making it happen. Creating a Rotary Interact Club in Los Barriles is a project fathered and furthered by our immediate past president, Mike Koehn, who was unable to attend the ceremony. In his absence, our new President Josefina Ruiz took the lead  and ensured the new Club would be created. Thank you, Mike Koehn, Josefina Ruiz, Chris Geyer, and all the rest of the community who worked so hard to make this possible.

 

NUEVO CLUB DE ROTARY INTERACT NACIDO

Una docena de nuevos miembros del Club Rotativo de Los Barriles recibieron sus pines rotarios oficiales de la Presidente entrante Josefina Ruiz, el ex presidente Chris Geyer y la miembro Mary Joanis en una noche social de Rotary el 10 de mayo en Campestre Triny Restaurante. Una gran reunión de familiares y simpatizantes celebró el logro y los niños que están haciendo que suceda. La creación de un Rotary Interact Club en Los Barriles es un proyecto que fue promovido por nuestro ex presidente inmediato, Mike Koehn, quien no pudo asistir a la ceremonia. En su ausencia, nuestra nueva presidenta Josefina Ruiz tomó la iniciativa y aseguró la creación del nuevo Club. Gracias, Mike Koehn, Josefina Ruiz, Chris Geyer, y todo el resto de la comunidad que trabajó tan duro para hacer esto posible.
